Why is it called B4 Wellness?
The 4 B's stand for integrating our brain, body, breath, and being. These represent how important it is to look at our connection with our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

About Me

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and at all stages of life—including infants, children, youth, pregnant individuals, adults, and those receiving palliative care. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that meaningful healing is rooted in genuine connection and a shared commitment to self development.

My journey in the healing professions began in 2013, when I started training in massage therapy and discovered a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. This work helped me understand how closely our physical, mental, and emotional well-being are intertwined.

After years of learning to regulate my nervous system and process unresolved emotions, I felt called to deepen my understanding the mind and how to help others with their mental health. In 2023, I began the path to becoming a counselling therapist, with a focus on trauma-informed care that integrates somatic (body-based) healing, cognitive behavioural approaches, and emotion-focused techniques.

With every session, my intention is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels heard, supported, and empowered to explore their unique healing journey. I aim to provide the tools, resources, and encouragement needed for self-discovery, resilience, and lasting change.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones—including my 4 dogs and cat. I find inspiration in nature, photography, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures like biking and motorcycling. Mindfulness practices such as journaling, yoga, and meditation are also important parts of my own wellness. Currently, I am expanding my professional practice with a yoga therapist certification, which aligns with and supports my holistic view of integrating our body, mind, and spirit.
